Before you begin your body transformation journey we will do an initial assessment. This is where we discuss your goals in a bit more depth and find out exactly what is motivating you. We will also look at your current diet, eating and sleeping habits to make sure we provide you with the best advice and recommendations in order to make sure your new lifestyle is sustainable.

All of our fun and energetic personal training sessions are 45 minutes and are done on a one-to-one basis with our highly qualified and experienced trainers.
